Price list of the brokerage services of Kvadrat nekretnine d.o.o. All amounts are stated as the maximum fee; the actual amount is agreed in the Brokerage Agreement, within the limits set by this Price List.

Additional services for buyers
Alongside brokerage we offer two services that can also be contracted separately.

Notary costs, court fees and the valuation for the bank are not included and are paid directly to the service provider.
Important
- Kvadrat nekretnine d.o.o. is registered for VAT. The amounts stated in this Price List do not include VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate.
- The actual amount of the brokerage fee is agreed in the Brokerage Agreement, within the limits set by this Price List.
- Third-party costs and additional services are charged separately, where so agreed.
- The conditions under which the fee is calculated and falls due are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
